The contest is open to all registered Lokko users globally, subject to local laws. Participants under the age of majority must have verifiable parental or legal guardian consent where required. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. Participants must comply with all applicable platform Terms of Service (Apple ID, PSN, Steam, Epic) and applicable laws. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible.

This contest is a game of skill and not a game of chance. Winners are selected based on objective criteria including creativity, originality, design complexity, and gameplay quality. This classification ensures compliance with Indian laws governing skill-based competitions.

Participants must create and submit original playable levels within Lokko during the contest period. Entries will be evaluated by a panel designated by the Organizer. Judging criteria include creativity, originality, usability, playability, and overall player experience. The Organizer reserves sole discretion in scoring and evaluation, and all decisions are final and binding.

All submissions must be original works created by the participant. Entries must not infringe any intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents. Submissions must not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable material. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules or platform policies.

By submitting an entry, participants grant the Organizer a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute the submitted content for promotional, commercial, and in-game purposes. Participants retain ownership of their original content subject to this license.

Winners will receive a physical figurine or an alternative prize of equal or greater value at the Organizer's discretion. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute prizes due to availability or logistical constraints.

The Organizer will cover all reasonable shipping costs, customs duties, and applicable taxes where legally permissible. Winners must provide accurate shipping details. If delivery is not feasible due to geographical, legal, or logistical restrictions, an alternative prize of equivalent value will be provided.

Winners will be selected based on the defined judging criteria. Selected winners may be required to provide identification, eligibility confirmation, and shipping details within a specified timeframe. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

Personal data collected (such as username, contact details, and shipping information) will be used solely for contest administration and prize fulfillment. Data will be processed in accordance with applicable laws including GDPR and relevant data protection regulations. Participants may request access or deletion of their data where legally permitted.

By participating, winners agree to allow the Organizer to use their username, submitted content, and non-sensitive information for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

This contest complies with the guidelines of Apple App Store, PlayStation Network, Steam, and Epic Games Store. No platform is affiliated with or endorses this contest. No purchase is required to participate. Official rules will be made clearly accessible within the game interface.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of participation in the contest, including technical failures, lost entries, or platform outages.

Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Appy Monkeys Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their participation, submissions, or violation of these rules.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this contest shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Participants from other jurisdictions retain applicable consumer and data protection rights under local laws including EU and US regulations.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time due to technical, legal, or operational reasons, including compliance with platform policies.

The Organizer limits data collection from minors to what is strictly necessary for contest participation and prize fulfillment. Parents or guardians may request access to or deletion of such data at any time.
